Our room at Valya Hotel was small and compact, but surprisingly clean and comfortable. The water heater worked well, providing hot showers. The hotel's strategic location made it convenient to access nearby amenities such as a mall and restaurants. Additionally, the lifts were helpful, and the WiFi signal was strong. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like limited parking and no breakfast provided, we had a pleasant stay overall. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and really added to the festive atmosphere. Plus, the hotel offered complimentary hot cocoa and cookies to guests which was a nice touch. the location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to public transportation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests we had.

The towels in the room had a musty smell which was unpleasant. We had to use our own towels instead.

Spent my New Year's at a hotel in Terengganu. The facilities were surprisingly good. The room had everything I needed, including an iron and ironing board. The location was great, as it was close to many shops and a shopping mall. The warm and cozy ambiance of the room was a great perk too.

There were many things that dampened my stay. The check-in and check-out process was confusing and complicated, especially for a foreigner.
